What size is the paper planner?

The planner’s size is 8.5 x 11, the standard size sheet of paper.

 

Does the digital planner offer the same content that is in the paper planner?

Yes! The digital planner contains the same content as the paper planner with the exception of adding one extra page. The digital feature is the only difference between the digital planner and paper planner.

 

Is the undated planner the same as the dated planner?

 Yes and No. The undated planner has the same content as the dated planner with the exception of one extra blank week for each month and one extra sheet in the bouns section. However, there are no dates to allow for flexibility on when you choose to use the planner without the planner “expiring”.

 

Is customization an option for the paper planner?

At the present moment, there are no customization options for the planner for the purpose of keeping the planner at an affordable price for all.

 

If I place several orders, can I combine them and pay one shipping cost?

At the present moment, orders cannot be combined. Shipping rates will be charged for each separate order.

 

What if I am not a nurse, can I still purchase the planner?

You absolutely can! However, you may have to research and familiarize yourself with the nursing language infused throughout the planners to completely understand the terminology used.

 

Do all orders come with a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. However, remember during this pandemic and holiday times, expect shipping to be delayed for your item (s). Patience is required.

 

What if my order says shipped but the item(s) have not been scanned?

Once your order (s) is shipped, we cannot control the length of time it takes to deliver to you.  As our standard practice, all packages are shipped priority. On average, USPS may take as long as 1-3 days before an item is officially scanned into their system and tracking is updated.  So it may take this long before you start seeing shipping updates. Please keep this in mind especially during the pandemic and holiday times. If you do not receive your order (s) in 2 weeks, please contact USPS directly to inquire about your package (s) tracking status.
